1. Reinforced flame-resistant PA: (1) Have many excellences, such as high mechanical-strength, excellent-electrical properties, excellent stability and arc-resistance. (2) Flame-retardant agent is able to bear separate-out, and the flame-retardant grades up to UL94-VO. Applications: winding frame, electric connector, electrical equipment switch, electrical equipment shell, etc. 2. Glass fiber & mineral reinforced modified PA: (1) General glass fiber reinforced productions have many excellences, such as high mechanical-strength, excellent low-temperature performance, excellent fuel-resistance, dimensional-stability, excellent abrasive-resistance, etc (2) Glass fiber reinforced & high shock-resistance productions have the excellences, such as good toughness, high impact-strength and excellent low-temperature performance. (3) Warp-resistance productions have the excellences, such as dimensional-stability and smooth surface. (4) Mineral filled productions have the excellences, such as good toughness, dimensional-stability and smooth surface. Applications: machine elements. Motorcar fittings, electric elements and fishing gears etc. 3. Toughen PA： (1) Mechanical-strength and heat-resistance are close to primary resin. They have the more excellent low-temperature resistance and impact-strength. (2) Be prone to machining. Applications: applied to the elements that demand for the performance, such as impact-resistance, wear-resistance and cold-resistance. For example: the shell of motor drive tools and the sports equipments, etc.。 |
